If you have an older Samsung TV, you will need to download the Peacock app through the use of a secondary media player such as an Amazon Fire Stick or a Roku device.

Once it has completed, you should be able to access Peacock from your Samsung TV through these types of devices. If you have made it through the endless comparisons, finding the content that is most important to you, landed on the perfect provider, and finally downloaded the Peacock app to your Samsung TV, it is likely that you have sat back and are ready to enjoy yourself.

However, if you have, at last, put this process behind you and go to open the app for use, what do you do when you notice it is not working? To do this, press down and hold the power button on the remote control of your Samsung TV until the TV has turned completely off and back on again on its own. If this does not cause the Peacock app to start working as it should, check to see if your TV is in need of any updates.

Once you have downloaded and installed Peacock either to your TV or on another media device, you should be able to easily navigate to the app and use it without a problem. This can be done either by navigating the apps through your TV, or going through the interface that other media devices provide.
