Good idea! I had actually thought about that too but second guessed myself. I was like, nah Glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks like that. These are desktop computers but I can take my laptop to a cafe and at least see if it gives me the option to download it. I'll report back later when I make my coffee run. I tried to use a different internet connection and it worked! However, when I got back I tried the original internet and it worked too!

I've tried this on 3 different days but around the same time 11am-2pm CST. Maybe they just get flooded with requests during that time.
